That's why the protagonists behind our recipes are selected specialists: we are working with an original Japanese grill, an outstanding patissier, high demands on quality and freshness of our ingredients and we offer drinks which are specifically created for our menu. A cast which you won't find somewhere else.

We only use the freshest ingredients from carefully chosen suppliers, all of whom produce under strict ethical and sustainable conditions. In our preparation process, we exclusively rely on the rich variety of natural flavors that this gives us access to.
